"We were in for a real treat when Kim O’Neill was assigned to our family to help plan our vacation. Kim helped us navigate the various resorts, which ones provided the best amenities for what we needed, how to handle one family members extreme food allergies, booking dining reservations 60 days in advance, understanding the new MagicBands, booking tours, booking limo service, which stroller rental company to use and general advice that was timely and appreciated and giving us a timely heads up when Bibbidi opened back up to secure our reservations. The key thing was that we wanted the kids to have a blast and not know that there were a million different planning decisions happening in the background before the trip. I think we can all say with a resounding - YES - that the trip was a smashing success. In no small part to Kim and the services provided by BeOurGuest. The only downer is that we will no longer be in constant communication with Kim now that our trip has ended, but we can’t wait until our next trip and to use Kim and BeOurGuest again! We highly recommend BeOurGuest and Kim for both first time and long time Disney vacationing families!"
