Kim helped us navigate the various resorts, which ones provided the best amenities for what we needed, how to handle one family members extreme food allergies, booking dining reservations 60 days in advance, understanding the new MagicBands, booking tours, booking limo service, which stroller rental company to use and general advice that was timely and appreciated and giving us a timely heads up when Bibbidi opened back up to secure our reservations.
