Will I work with the same travel professional throughout the duration of my trip?
Yes! Unless otherwise requested, you will work with the same Be Our Guest Vacations travel professional from the moment you book through the completion of your vacation, and for any future trips as well. This means your preferences and interests are always familiar, allowing us to continue providing personalized service for you and your travel party every step of the way!
Are your prices the same as if I booked on my own?
Yes! We book within the same systems as the vendors themselves, giving us access to the same real-time inventory and pricing you would find booking directly. There are no additional fees for our services, so what you see is what you pay. You simply gain the added bonus of having a dedicated Be Our Guest Vacations travel professional in your corner!
Do I have to book my trip though you to take advantage of your free services?
Yes, due to vendor policy, we can only offer our services for reservations booked by one of our travel professionals. If you already have a reservation, reach out to us and we can let you know whether a transfer is possible so you can start taking advantage of everything we have to offer!

While we can assist with both on-property Disneyland Resort hotels and off-property Good Neighbor Hotel accommodations, we always recommend an on-property experience for the many benefits it provides, including:

How does Disney Cruise Line accommodate guests with allergies?
Disney Cruise Line has safety protocols in place that allow guests with allergies to consult with dining staff and chefs ahead of time to ensure all proper precautions are taken in the preparation and handling of food. This allows guests to feel confident with their food and beverage service and focus on enjoying everything their vacation has to offer. Your Be Our Guest Vacations travel professional can add allergy notes to your reservation before you arrive at the port and will prepare you with the information you need to navigate the process once onboard!
What is rotational dining?
Rotational dining is Disney Cruise Line’s signature dining experience! Each evening, you and your travel party will rotate to a different themed main dining restaurant for dinner, while your same wait staff rotates with you. Since your servers already know your preferences, you receive personalized service each night while getting to enjoy the unique atmosphere of each restaurant. Some venues even feature immersive dining adventures and theatrical shows that are unique to Disney Cruise Line!
What is included with a Disney Cruise?
Your cruise price includes almost every part of your onboard experience, such as:
- Your stateroom along with all applicable taxes and port fees
- Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner
- Soft drinks served at meals and at each ship’s beverage station
- Room service, snacks, and all-you-care-to-enjoy soft-serve ice cream
- Disney Character Meet & Greets
- Entertainment including live Broadway-style productions, as well as Disney movie classics and current first-run films
- Youth clubs for guests ages 3 and up (children must be potty trained)
- Adult nightlife and fitness center access
- Many onboard activities for guests of all ages, including access to pools, sun decks, sports decks, and scheduled activities throughout the day
Unlike other cruise lines, Disney is very upfront with pricing and doesn’t have a bunch of hidden fees! There are a few optional experiences and services available onboard for an additional charge. Your Be Our Guest Vacations travel professional will be happy to walk you through what is and is not included so you can plan accordingly!
How are your services free?
As an EarMarked By Disney, Authorized Travel Agency and Universal U-Preferred Planning Partner, Be Our Guest Vacations is paid directly by our travel partners after you travel. This means you will not pay a single dollar more for your vacation than if you were to book directly. We book within the same systems as the vendors themselves, with access to the same real-time inventory and pricing — so all the expertise comes at no extra cost to you!
What if a promotion is released after I booked my trip with you?
Your dedicated Be Our Guest Vacations travel professional will monitor your booking for the latest discounts and promotions, even after your reservation is secured. We are familiar with historical promotion release schedules, which helps us anticipate when new offers may become available! When a promotion is released, we act promptly to apply any eligible discounts to your reservation. Please note that not all reservations will qualify for every promotion. If your reservation is not eligible, your Be Our Guest Vacations travel professional will work with you to explore possible alternatives that meet your budget and preferences!
I booked my trip on my own — can I still work with one of your travel professionals?
In many cases, yes! For Disney and Royal Caribbean reservations booked directly within the last 30 days and not yet paid in full, we may be able to transfer your reservation so you can take advantage of our free services. Please note that Disneyland Paris reservations are unfortunately unable to be transferred. For all other destinations, reach out to us and we will walk you through the available options, including rebooking. We would love to help!
Does Be Our Guest Vacations book trips for international visitors?
Yes! Be Our Guest Vacations can book vacation packages for guests from around the world and we love our international clients. Please note that USA-based travel agencies are unfortunately unable to book UK resident promotional packages and tickets.

Please note that the complimentary Universal Express Pass Unlimited included with your hotel stay does not extend to Universal Epic Universe or Universal Volcano Bay.

What is included in a Royal Caribbean cruise fare?
Your Royal Caribbean cruise fare includes your stateroom, all applicable taxes and port fees, main dining room meals, buffet dining, select casual dining venues, entertainment, access to pools and recreation areas, and most youth and teen club programming.
Please note that certain specialty dining venues, beverages, spa services, and shore excursions are available for an additional charge.
