Club Level at Walt Disney World

Imagine This
You’ve just spent a busy day at a Walt Disney World theme park and returned to your resort in need of a snack. Instead of stopping at the resort’s quick service location where you might stand in another line, you go straight to the exclusive Club Level Lounge. Inside, you find an array of desserts and cordials, along with smiling Cast Members standing by. Soon, the lights dim, and unmistakable music begins to play…”Ready to begin…”
The next morning, you skip the quick service breakfast and head to the Club Level Lounge, where you find hot breakfast items, cereals, fruits, and more. You prepare an espresso in the provided machine, indulge with a mimosa, and set up the kids with cereal while Disney Jr. plays on the lounge TV. Today, you're spending the day at the pool and while there, pop over to the lounge to grab sodas, juice, beer, and snacks to enjoy back at the pool.
As evening approaches, you visit the lounge for hot hors d'oeuvres and a pre-dinner drink. Again, you are met by smiling cast members who engage with your kids, ask about your day, and ensure you have everything needed. After dinner, you retreat to the lounge for a nightcap and a Mickey Bar to end the night.
Sounds lovely, right? I’m Abby, a travel advisor with Be Our Guest Vacations, and a frequent Walt Disney World guest, along with my husband and three children (ages 12, 5, and 3). We didn’t have to just imagine the lovely resort stay described above; it was our reality when we stayed Club Level at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, with a room in the Hawaii building and full access to the King Kamehameha Club Level Lounge. After this first, magical, Club Level experience at Walt Disney World, we were hooked!
Where Are the Club Level Lounges Located at Walt Disney World?
Walt Disney World Deluxe Resorts and Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort offer Club Level rooms and lounges. When guests book a room at one of these resorts with the Club Level designation, additional amenities and services are offered. The Deluxe resorts and their Club Level Lounges include:
- Polynesian Village Resort – King Kamehameha Lounge
- Animal Kingdom Lodge – Kilimanjaro Club Lounge
- Beach Club Resort – Stone Harbor Club
- BoardWalk Inn – Innkeepers Club
- Contemporary Resort – Atrium Club (12th Floor) and Tower Club (14th Floor)
- Grand Floridian Resort & Spa – Royal Palm Club (closed for refurbishment at the time of this writing)
- Wilderness Lodge – Old Faithful Club
- Yacht Club Resort – Regatta Club
Additionally, you can book Club Level at the Moderate resort, Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs Resort – Chronos Club.

While each lounge’s theming and food offerings are unique to its home resort, each Club Level Lounge follows a similar schedule (specified times are typical, but may vary):
- Coffee service – 6:30 a.m.
- Morning service – 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Serving hot and cold breakfast items, coffees, and juices. Select alcoholic beverages upon request.

Each Club Level Lounge is staffed by excellent Cast Members who will assist with drink orders, allergy requests, or any questions. These Cast Members work diligently to keep the Lounge looking clean, fresh, and ready for guests all day! The Club Level will also be staffed with one or two Concierge, who are on hand to help with dining reservations, room requests, or any other vacation needs. While you are a Club Level guest, you can avoid the front desk and rely upon your Concierge, including for check-in, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Traveling with children? Most lounges offer a kid-friendly area with a TV, child-size seating, and in some cases, toys or games. The lounges also offer kid-friendly options, such as plain pasta, Uncrustables, cereals, and fruit. Juices and lemonade are also always on hand.
These additional amenities are also offered:

Why Should I Book?
Walt Disney World vacations are often jam-packed with visits to the four theme parks, resort pools, Disney Springs, and more! You might be asking, “why should I upgrade to Club Level if I will be so busy outside of my resort?” Great question!
For many guests, Club Level offers an easy, convenient, and luxurious vacation style. I know too well the morning alarms at Walt Disney World; rushing to get myself and three children ready while mobile ordering breakfast and sending the other parent to grab the food…ultimately this ends up with syrup all over the resort room! When we are Club Level guests, there is an ease to those hectic mornings because we can rely on the Club Level Lounge to start our day. Additionally, we appreciate the unlimited supply of juice boxes and snacks for the kids!
Club Level is also a great option for guests who build in resort or rest days during their Walt Disney World vacation, thus spending a large amount of time near the lounge.
Further, guests who take midday or early evening breaks from the theme parks will also see great value from Club Level. The lounges are open to guests outside of scheduled service hours for relaxing or unwinding from the theme parks.
Additionally, if your flight arrives early, you can access the Club Level Lounge before your resort room is ready! Conversely, have a late flight? You can stay in the Club Level Lounge until you depart. You have full access to the lounge from open to close on both your check-in and check-out days.
Not ready to commit to a full week of Club Level? For longer trips, consider splitting your time between a standard resort room and Club Level! I recommend scheduling the Club Level portion at the end of the vacation, allowing time to relax and enjoy all the amenities of your resort. While at most resorts, this would require a room change, your resort’s Bell Services will transfer your bags to the new Club Level Room. And, as a Club Level guest, you can enjoy the lounge beginning at 7 a.m.!
