Why should I book with Be Our Guest Vacations instead of Disney directly?
The Be Our Guest Vacations team of travel professionals prides ourselves in providing concierge-level service to our guests. When you book with one of our vacation planners, you’ll have one knowledgeable point of contact for all questions and communications, instead of having to call into a general call center. In addition, we’ll also assist with any advance dining reservations, tours, and special experiences you’d like to enjoy during your vacation. We help with everything from booking your reservation, to keeping you informed on new park offerings and important dates, to sharing touring advice, and more!
In addition to booking advance dining reservations, do you provide dining recommendations?
Yes, we love providing dining recommendations. Our travel professionals have been on property many times and have experienced most of Disneyland Resort’s dining options first-hand to allow for the most detailed recommendations for you and your travel party!
Will I work with the same travel professional throughout the duration of my trip?
Yes, unless otherwise requested, you will be able to work with the same travel professional throughout the duration of your trip as well as for any future trips as well. This way, your interests and preferences are familiar and we will be able to continue to provide personalized service for you and your travel party.
Are your prices the same than if I would book this reservation on my own?
We are an authorized Disney Vacation Planner agency, which allows us to book within the same system as Adventures by Disney. This gives us inventory in real time and has the same pricing options as their website.
Do I have to book my trip though you to take advantage of your free services?
Yes, due to Disney policy, we can only offer our services for reservations that are booked by one of our agents. If you already have a reservation booked, please reach out to your travel professional, as they may be able to transfer your reservation to our agency to allow for you to receive our free services.
Do you book National Geographic Expeditions?
Yes, National Geographic Expeditions are new offerings that allow for guests to experience destinations often featured in National Geographic magazines, media content, and more! Your travel professional can provide land and sea options for your preferred destination.
How do Adventures by Disney offerings work with Disney Cruise Line?
Certain Disney Cruise Line itineraries will offer an enhanced Adventures by Disney experience that occurs before or after, as well as benefits that coincide with your Disney Cruise Line vacation. The Adventures by Disney Cruise Package allows for VIP experience on the ship, as well as Adventures by Disney Guides and experiences at every port. Your travel professional can provide more details for your specific sailing.
Will I work with the same travel professional throughout the duration of my trip?
Yes, unless otherwise requested, you will be able to work with the same travel professional throughout the duration of your trip, as well as for any future trips as well. This way, your interests and preferences are familiar and we will be able to continue to provide personalized service for you and your travel party.
Are your prices the same than if I would book this reservation on my own?
We are an authorized Disney Vacation Planner agency, which allows us to book within the same system as Disneyland Resort. This gives us inventory in real time and has the same pricing options as their website. An additional benefit when booking through Be Our Guest Vacations is that we are among the first to learn of available limited-time promotions at the Disneyland Resort and are able to apply them to eligible reservations as soon as available! This ensures that our clients have the best chance at receiving these limited promotions.

Yes, due to Disney policy, we can only offer access to our services for reservations that are booked by one of our agents. If you already have booked a reservation, please reach out to your travel professional as they may be able to transfer your reservation to our agency to allow for you to receive our free services.
Should I choose Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort for our family vacation?
Aside from geographic location and attraction/character preferences that may cater to one location over the other, some clients prefer Disneyland Resort when they only have a shorter travel duration (up to 3 or 4 days) and some clients prefer Walt Disney World Resort when they have a longer duration (up to 5 or 7 days). However, your travel professional can assist in planning any location for any duration and will offer a catered itinerary for your set of interests and specifications!
Can Be Our Guest Vacations assist with VIP Tours?
Your travel professional will be able to assist you with booking a Private VIP tour during your stay if desired, which will allow you and your travel party to experience Disney in an unparalleled, customized way with an official Disney VIP Tour guide (Cast Member).
What if a promotion is released after I have secured my reservation?
Be Our Guest Vacations travel professionals are among the first to learn of promotion releases and are up at the wee hours in the morning in order to secure the limited first-come, first serve promotions for eligible clients. Even if you have already secured your reservations with Be Our Guest Vacations, we will be able to apply eligible promotions to your existing reservation to ensure you receive the best price for your vacation! In the event that your reservation is not eligible for available promotions, your travel professional will be able to suggest alternative dates, resorts, or room categories that will meet your budget and expectations regardless of promotional availability.
Should I stay at an on-property accommodation for my Disneyland Resort vacation?
Although there are options for both on-property and off-property accommodations that our Be Our Guest Vacations travel professionals can assist you with, we always recommend an on-property Disneyland Resort experience because it will provide guests with the following:
- Early Entry for extra time in the park
- Disney magic immersion
- The ability to send in-park purchases to your hotel room
- Special classes and programming for resort guests

How far in advance can my reservation be booked?
Walt Disney World Resort is currently accepting reservations through October 2025. If you are planning a vacation beyond this time, please connect with us and we can have one of our team members reach out to notify you when more bookings become available. Booking your vacation early is often the best way to secure the lowest price on your Disney vacation!
Can Be Our Guest Vacations assist with Club Level rooms?
Yes, Be Our Guest Vacations can assist you with club level reservations that include larger rooms, access to the resort’s concierge lounge, exclusive check-in experience, turndown service, complimentary fitness center access, and continued concierge travel services even when on-property
Can Be Our Guest Vacations assist with VIP Tours?

Yes, in addition to opting to take their own personal vacations on Disney Cruise Line, our travel professionals also participate in agency-sponsored agent cruises where we experience Disney Cruise Line through the lens of our clients to better serve you and your travel party’s needs.
Will I work with the same travel professional throughout the duration of my trip?

Can you assist with booking a Land and Sea vacation?
Yes, whether you’d like to visit Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort before or after your cruise, Be Our Guest Vacations can quote potential options! We will help you navigate the process and determine the most cost effective way to book your desired vacation.
Do you offer Onboard Credit?
Another perk for booking with Be Our Guest Vacations is that guests will receive an onboard credit in addition to free concierge-level travel services. The onboard credit will be linked to your stateroom account when you board the ship and can be used towards additional souvenirs, spa treatments, port adventures, onboard purchases and more. In addition to the onboard credit, we take pride in offering superior service and product knowledge. How does Disney Cruise Line accommodate guests with allergies?
Disney Cruise Line has safety protocols in place that allow guests with allergies to consult with dining staff and chefs ahead of time to ensure all of the proper precautions are taken in the preparation and handling of food to be served to guests with allergies. This allows guests to feel confident with the food and beverage service and can turn their attention to enjoying all that the vacation has to offer. Our seasoned travel professionals will be able to walk you through the processes and best points of contact once onboard. Be Our Guest Vacations travel professionals are also able to make allergy notes on your reservation even before you arrive at the port. Many clients state that they keep coming back to Be Our Guest Vacations and prefer Disney Cruise Line over all other cruise lines due to their attention to detail and clear communication in regards to guests with allergies.
What is rotational dining?
Rotational dining is the Disney Cruise Line way of making sure that all guests get to enjoy each of the 3 lavishly-themed Main Dining restaurants while on board!
Each evening, your travel party and servers will rotate to a different restaurant for dinner. As you rotate, the same wait staff—who know your preferences—will serve you each night while you get to experience the unique atmosphere of each restaurant! Some of which offer immersive dining adventures and theatrical shows as part of your dining experience and are unique to Disney Cruise Line.
What is included with a Disney Cruise?
Your cruise price includes almost every part of your onboard experience, such as:
- Your stateroom along with all applicable taxes and port fees
- Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner
- Soft drinks served at meals and at each ship’s beverage station
- Room Service, snacks and ice cream throughout the ship (even Mickey Icecream bars!)
- Disney Character Meet & Greets
- Entertainment including live Broadway-style productions at the Walt Disney Theatre as well as Disney movie classics and current first-run films at the Buena Vista Theatre
- Kids Clubs for guests over 3 years of age (kids must be potty trained)
- Adult nightlife and fitness center access
- Many onboard activities for guests of all ages, including access to sports deck, sun decks, pools, and optional scheduled activities throughout the day in various locations on the ship. You can make your vacation are planned or spontaneous as you wish!
Unlike other cruise lines, Disney is very upfront with pricing and doesn’t have a bunch of hidden fees! While you’re sailing, there are a few optional services and activities that do require an additional charge.
How are your services free?
Authorized Disney Vacation Planners are paid directly by Disney or Universal after their clients travel. We are a no-fee agency. When you book with us, you will not pay a single dollar more for your vacation than if you were to book directly through Disney. Our services also include monitoring discounts and promotions for our clients, so booking through Be Our Guest Vacations ensures you’ll get the best price for your vacation.
What if a promotion is released after I booked my trip with you?
Your dedicated travel professional will monitor your booking for the latest discounts to ensure that you’re getting the best deal, even after you’ve booked your vacation. We’ve been planning vacations for over 10 years and are familiar with Disney’s historical promotion release dates, which helps us anticipate future promotion release dates. Our travel professionals act promptly when new promotions are released to apply available discounts for our clients (pending eligibility).
Can you assist with Advance Dining Reservations?
We love to help plan and book advance dining reservations and extras for our guests! Your travel advisor will be on hand to make recommendations on restaurants that are the perfect dining experience for your trip.
I booked my trip on my own; can I still work with one of your travel professionals?
If your trip was booked directly with Disney within 30 days, we can transfer the reservation to one of our travel professionals. If your trip was booked more than 30 days ago, we can provide you with other options, such as rebooking. Please contact us today, we would love to help you!
Does Be Our Guest Vacations book trips for international visitors?
Yes! Be Our Guest Vacations can book vacation packages for everyone. We love our overseas clients.
