Transfer Your Disney Reservation
Please take a moment to complete the transfer form below so we can assist you with planning an unforgettable Disney vacation! To provide complimentary planning assistance, Disney requires that your reservation is booked with or transferred to one of our travel professionals.
Reservation Transfer Eligibility
Your Disney reservation can be transferred to our agency if it meets all of the following requirements:
-Booked directly through Disney
-Booked within the past 30 days
-Not paid in full
Important To Know
–Signature required: The lead guest on each reservation must be listed on the transfer form and provide a signature.
–More than one reservation: If you have more than one reservation or placeholder you would like to transfer, please complete a separate transfer form for each reservation.
–Placeholder Disney Cruise Line reservations: Since placeholder reservations aren’t booked reservations, please type “TBD” for Arrival Date, Departure Date, and Resort/Ship/Itinerary. Additionally, please enter the reservation number for the placeholder reservation itself (not the reservation from your most recently completed sailing).
–Disneyland Paris: Travel agencies are unable to transfer Disneyland Paris reservations.
What Happens Next
Once you have completed this form, you will receive an email from DocuSign to digitally sign the transfer form. Once signed, it will be submitted to Disney for approval. After the transfer is complete, you will be paired with a dedicated travel professional who will reach out with next steps in the planning process!
By submitting this form, you are authorizing Be Our Guest Vacations to request the transfer of your existing Disney reservation to our agency. All transfers are subject to Disney’s policies and approval, and not all reservations may be eligible.
